12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Costume Contest for humans & dogs
– No Pup needed but highly recommended
– Winners announced at 12:50 PM.
1:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Howl-O-Ween Paddle Parade
– Paddle as a group into Tortilla Cove, showing off your costumes on the water.
