Good to Know

Rental Policies

We keep it simple. Here's what you need to know before you show up.

Reservations

  • Online booking recommended, especially on weekends
  • Walk-ups welcome based on availability
  • Arrive 15 minutes before your reserved start time
  • Note: Hidden Cove Park charges a $20/vehicle entry fee at the gate

Cancellations

  • Cancel 24+ hours in advance for a rain check
  • Rain check = a credit toward a future date
  • Full policy is shown when you book online

What to Bring

  • Clothes and shoes you're okay getting wet
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat
  • Water bottle (stay hydrated out there)
  • Leave flip-flops at home — they fall off

Age & Weight

  • Kids welcome — they ride with an adult in a tandem
  • All paddlers must wear a PFD on the water
  • Weight limits vary by craft — ask at check-in
  • Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian
